We continuously run performance metrics to a range of locations across North America. If you'd like to suggest changes or additions, head over to the HELP tab above and submit the request to us. We will review all requests and determine if they are suitable for our monitoring system

We intentionally measure performance to targets that we don't control (i.e. we are testing to real-world sites and services that we don't own or operate). This ensures that all data accurately reflects all clients' real-world experiences

Host Info

With social media content we typically interconnect with the provider at a central location (such as Teraco Data Centre Environments) and they provide the content from within their network. We interconnect directly with Facebook in South Africa negating the need for any form of caching. This ensures that you are ALWAYS receiving the latest content directly from Facebook to you. Servers: Facebook delivers content for Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook Social Media from a sigle group of interconnects. These interconnect points are continuously measured for performance metrics and are subject to change should a host become unresponsive for a certain period of time or should we have to redirect traffic due to a dead interconnect (i.e. if they are experiencing trouble).
